Blue cloth with gilt device and lettering to front board and spine. "The American publisher writes of his associations over many years with the major writers of his time, including, among others, Conan Doyle, Bret Harte, Robert Louis Stevenson, Mark Twain, Ulysses S. Grant, Theodore Roosevelt and George Keenan.".
