Hardcover. 86, [iv]p., cloth binding soiled and slightly edge worn, last page of ads neatly removed, else good condition, frontis portrait of Bakunin. Incorrectly stated on title page "First American edition," it was actually first published in America by Benjamin Tucker in 1883. Mother Earth was Emma Goldman's publishing house.
