First edition of this book with, double sided, handwritten, signed letter from Eden Phillpotts laid in, also signed dedication from Eden Phillpotts on first blank page, To J L Gibson in friendship from Eden Phillpotts January 1933.Contains 78 pages and 2 pages of adverts all in clean condition just some light browning to edges of pages as usual due to quality of paper used. 4 full page colour illustrations by Frank Brangwyn, protected by tissue guards. NO dustwrapper, illustrated boards are a little rubbed to corners, light wear to top and bottom of spine and small lossto paper label on spine.Though not perfect still a pleasing example of a collectable book SEE IMAGES.
