London: John Macrone, 1836. Half Leather - Hardbound. Good-/No Dust Jacket. 360 & 456 pages. Once lovely half leather bindings are chipped and worn. Private library book plate on front paste downs. Ink stamp of a masonic lodge is seen on the upper edge of the text blocks. Top hinge of Volume I is broke. Text blocks are both tight. With the exception of a few leaves darkened by old newspaper clippings, the contents are intact and very clean. Good working or binding copy of this scarce two volume edition.
