Jerusalem: The Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities, 1966. Pamphlet. 39p. (text & tables) + VII (plates diagrammatic and photographic plus a map with color onlay), large sewn pamphlet in plain printed 10.5x7 inch wraps. The terminal plate is a substantial fold-out, showing exposed face of quite a lot of dirt (dig we must). Cover bears an ownership signature and a few mild smudges, inside find booksellers' marks on first blank; a very good copy. The lower pleistocene of the Central Jordan Valley; the excavations at 'Ubeidiya, 1960-1963, directed by M. Stekelis.
