1st edition, 2nd printing binding. A collection of plays, poems and stories from avant-garde, feminist writer, Gertrude Stein. Published by The Four Seas Company, Boston, 1922. Hardcover. 419 pp. Contains Stein's experimental writing style with an introduction by Sherwood Anderson. No dust jacket. Binding has minor chipping and bumping on corners. edges and on head of spine along with some light soiling. Hinge is intact but slightly loose through the first 6-8 pages of the book. Ink name and date on FFEP. Pages are clean and unmarked. No tears!
