It is a comprehensive study published as part of the 4th Scientific, Congress (Pan-American) held in Santiago, Chile between December 1908 and January 1909. Title translates: "The Geography of Tierra del Fuego and Notes on the Anthropolgy and Ethnography of Its Inhabitants." The Ona, Yahgan, and Alacaluf tribes are discussed in detail, including all aspects on their daily lives, their languages, beliefs, customs, poetry, legends, witchcraft, etc. Includes copies of early photographs. Not common.
