Bucharest, Romania: Editura Pentru Turism, 1973. First edition thus. hardcover. Good/good. Octavo (standard size). Slight wear to edges and corners of of boards. Small tear to lower edge of half title page at hinge. Dj has wear at edges, and scuffing to covers. 221 p. w/ additional pages at end for a rough index, table of contents. Attractive section breaks, section decorations, and red caps throughout book. A collection of recipes, some real, some imaginary, from this Romanian humorist and poet. The entries are from his 1950's newspaper column as a food critic, rather than his earlier column from the 1930s and 40s. Uncommon, esp. in the West.
