US: Peachtree Publishers, 1989. Hardcover. Very Good. Special limited edition. Signed by author and photographer on title page. Pages are otherwise clean with no markings from previous owners. Light wear to cloth at spine ends and corners. Binding is square and tight. Boards are clean, except for two faint marks on left edge of front cover. Text block is clean. Book is in a protective slip case. Case is lightly soiled and foxed, but otherwise in great shape. Pictures provided upon request.
