Clean back cover and spine; tiny stain speck at the lower-left corner of the front cover; fraying to the top edge of the spine; tiny cloth tears at the bottom 2 corner tips. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. The pages are clean and white with only a couple small, light stain spots on pages 234 & 235. Name written in pen on a front blank end paper and at the top edge of the title page...no other writing found. Bookplate affixed to front end paper; small binder's label affixed to rear pastedown. Overall the book is in very good condition.
