London: Stanley Paul & Co., 1925. Limited. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. Saida (H. Willebeek Le Mair). Signed by Author. Stanley Paul & Co., 1925. First Deluxe edition. Quarto (12¾ x 10¼ inches) . Limited to 500 copies, this is copy 132 signed by A.A. Milne. Cream cloth boards with gilt titles and illustration. Top edge gilt. Lovely title page illustration and twelve beautiful, full-page, coloured illustrations of children. Cover is mildly soiled, Heavy-weight, rough cut pages are a bit wavy. Pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Binding is tight. Hinges are perfect. Very nice copy.

The vast majority of our inventory was purchased from the John Steele bookstore in Litchfield, Connecticut, when the bookstore closed. The proprietor sourced his books by attending estate sales in and around New England. Each week we will be listing more of the wonderful books we discover. Repairs are carefully made, and are noted in our descriptions. Each book is carefully inspected, described and then carefully packed. We hope you will enjoy browsing our store.
