[13] pages, followed by 50 numbered pages and 50 un-numbered plates. The original cloth binding is spotted, stained, and discolored, with small bumps to the lower corners, remaining intact and attractive. No dustjacket. Signed and inscribed by the artist on the front endpaper "To Catherine + George [name withheld] who are gifted artists + the Salt of the Earth! To George (added) who helped make this book possible with his fine photos - Thanks and affection [signed] A. G. Warshawsky." The text and photographs were lithographed by W. T. Lee Co., Monterey, CA. The text is clean and unmarked. First edition..
