Buffalo, NY: Houston 12 Defense Committee, Youth Against War & Fascism, 1974. Handbill. 8.5x14 inch handbill, horizontal fold, couple brief pencil notations. Announcement of a screening to raise funds for the Defense Committee. The Twelve, mostly Chicano prisoners, were all members of YAWF, a youth organization associated with the Workers World Party. They were beaten and arrested at a demonstration against Israel and five were charged with intent to murder a police officer.
