New York, 1947. framed. 1 page, 7.25 x 5.5 inches, New York, January 3, 1947, in part: "I take pleasure in enclosing you herewith season pass to our theatres for 1947." One faint horizontal fold and a small crease in the lower right corner. Float-mounted, matted in light yellow, and set in a brown wooden frame (several scuff marks) measuring 11 x 9.25 inches. Very good(-) condition.<br/> <br/> Prominent theater owner and producer.<br/> <br/>
