Photographic front cover, showing Tim Roth as Ted the bell boy, with white coloured titles to the front panel and spine. The book is rubbed and scuffed and there is creasing of the book corners. Creasing either side of the spine. Bookseller's sticker to the lower edge of the rear panel. The film script for the film " Four Rooms " in which one character ( Ted the bell boy ] has to deal with over a New Year's eve -- a homicidal couple, coven of witches, some tear- away kids and a superstar and his entourage.
