Boards slightly scuffed. Slight soiling to edges of textblock. Some wear and insect damage at lower corner of last few pages at hinge. Older endpapers have light foxing. 299 p. w/illustrations and 6 additional pages of indexes at end. A somewhat rambling history of people, primarily Presbyterian churchmen, and abolitionism in the Ohio valley.
