Irvington-on-Hudson: Harvey House, 1966. First edition. Hardcover. Fine/Near fine. Tan cloth, gilt opine. 4to. 223pp. Illustrated and with tipped-in color plates, all of fore-edge paintings. In fine condition. The dustwrapper is not price-clipped, has a couple of tape remnants on the flaps, else is in near fine condition.
One of the definitive works on the subject.
Laid-in is a prospectus for the Annotated Dictionary of Fore-Edge Painting as well as Jeff Webber's 2006 catalog devoted to fore-edge paintings.
