Greek text on the left, English translation and commentary on the right. Philosophers from the Ionic and Eleatic schools are included in this volume, with fragments from Thales, Anaximandros, Herakleitos, Xenophanes, Parmenides, Zeno, Pythagoras, Empedokles, and others. A nice compendium of the pre-Socratics. A Near Fine book with a touch of age darkening and a tiny wrinkle to the spine.
