About This Item
New York: McGraw-Hill, 1973. Hardcover. lix, 623p., illustrated with many portraits from period photography and art, a handsomely-planned production from McGraw-Hill. First American edition in textured black cloth boards with titlings in gilt and green on white and red printed labels, and enclosed in the dust jacket. Presentable copy but textblock is cracked (gap averages one eighth-inch); this gap doesn't doom the book, it can be handled easily/safely, but is an aesthetic irritant. Secondarily, the dj is quite worn. Beyond these two flaws, good condition: clean and unmarked. The Karl Marx Library Vol. III.
