An exemplary copy of one of the least read and understood novels of the 20th century. Housed in a custom quarter leather clamshell box.. First Edition. Thick octavo. First British Edition, trade issue, published simultaneously with the American, and the British deluxe. Total printing of 3400 copies, with 50 copies in sheets destroyed (Slocum and Cahoon A47).
