The book is in about fine condition, tight binding, clean pages, name neatly written at top of front free endpaper, no other markings. The clamshell case is very good, looks about new.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good Clamshell Box. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
