Glasgow: James Maclehose and Sons, 1906. First Edition. Hardback. Good/No Jacket. 1708 4to. Copy number 23 of the Edition de Luxe printed on hand made paper, with proofs of all the Engravings on Japanese. With an introductory essay by James Paton. Quarter leather, red cloth-covered boards, gilt titles and decoration. Condition notes: Damp damage to rear board and rear end papers, with bleeding to margins, extending to a few of the pages. The verso and margin of one of the plates has been stained pink as a result. Binding firm, all plates in good condition (with the one exception mentioned). Some rubbing/bumping etc to front board and leather.
