[6], vii-xiii, [3], 3-355, [3] pp. Half orange cloth over navy cloth with gold lettering on the front board and spine. Price of $7.95 on front flap of jacket. Illustrated by a color frontispiece, a few maps, and two additional black and white photographs. A Very Good book with evidence of bookplate removal, a name written on the front pastedown and a small bump to the front board in a like dust jacket with tape stains and a few abrasions on the reverse.
