NY: Harper & Brothers (for The Metropolitan Museum of Art). Near Fine in Very Good- dust jacket. 1954. Stated First Edition. First Printing. Hard Cover. Quarter bound in publisher's navy cloth over black and blue decorated boards, blind stamped lettering on front cover, gilt lettering on spine, gray endpapers. Profusely illustrated with color reproductions.. Head and heel of spine are very slightly rubbed, light age toning to endpapers, else pristine, unmarked, tight, square and clean. Dust jacket is rubbed at the spine ends with some chips and short tears, light creasing to the top edges of the covers and light rubbing at the tips. NEAR FINE/VERY GOOD.. Book Club Edition. Color reproductions. 4to 11" - 13" tall. 184 pp .
