A collection of 44 poems from the disciple of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh who has described him as a "versatile genius". Satyananda is the founder of the International Yoga Fellowship Movement, the Bihar School of Yoga, Sivananda Math and the Yoga Research Foundation. Profusely illustrated throughout with black-&-white photographs depicting Satyananda in his daily work and at meditation. Prologue by Swami Sivamurti Sivamurti.
