New York: Coward McCann, 1964. This is a very good copy, with a crisp clean interior unmarked by even a former owner's name. The laminated pictorial covers show only light edgewear, and a bump to the bottom of the spine. The dust jacket shows heavier edgewear, with several closed tears. a bit of damage to the top of the spine and some handling visible on the back panel.. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover and looks very attractive. . 1st American Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 7.75 x 10.
