David Douglas, Edinburgh, 1904, pp. civ, 378, illustrations and folding map. Original green cloth, spine dull, gilt lettering very faded, but sound, clean condition. Ex-library with bookplate inside, ink stamp to verso of title page, a few marginal blind stamps, one page corner creased, else contents very good.
