London: H. G. Bohn, 1848.. 1848.. Good. - Small octavo, green cloth titled in gilt on the spine. The spine & extremities are darkened with the head of the spine torn & the tail chipped. The covers are bumped & stained. xii & 216 pages. Illustrated with 23 black-and-white plates, including a frontispiece & 2 folding plates. The hinges are starting. The plates in the rear are foxed & there is a crease to each of the folding plates with a small piece out of 1 of them. Good working copy. <p>First edition.
