Darkened, unclipped ($1.50) jacket with chips, small tears and writing on front flap. Color illustrated by the author. Ezekiel, a ""little darky"" lives in Sanford, Florida with his sister, Emancipation, his brother, L'il Plural, baby Assafetid + his Mammy and Pappy, of course.

The gutters have browning along the glue line, but this is the only problem. The illustrated covers are bright, with light weaer at tips and corners. The dust jacket is not price-clipped, and is also in very good condition. The paper has darkened slightly, and shows light wear and handling,with more significant darkening to the spine area. The attached scan gives a better idea of condition. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover.
