Toronto: Doubleday, Doran and Company (Canada) Ltd., 1934. Hardcover. Near fine/very good. viii, 276 pp. 20 cm. Black cloth, stamped in green on the spine, which shows The Crime Club imprint. The title page does not mention The Crime Club but it shows the logo. Jacket appears to be the American, with the code 707-36 on the front flap. The jacket has an internal tape repair at the top of the spine panel to deal with a closed tear, and another on the front flap fold.
