New York: Liveright Publishing Corporation, 1934. Cloth. Very Good/Very Good -. A very presentable copy of the 1934 1st edition, in its uncommon dustjacket. Tight and VG (light offsetting at the pastedowns and the endpapers) in a bright, price-intact, VG- example of the fragile dustjacket, with chipping along the flap-folds, the spine crown and the tips, and very light creasing and chipping along the panel edges. Still though, attractive and presentable. Thick octavo, with 200 black-and-white illustrations supplementing Sheldon Cheney's text.
