Apart from the reprinted 1962 Galton Lecture by Julian Huxley himself on 'Eugenics in Evolutionary Perspective' and a related paper on Huxley's view of Eugenics none of the remaining 12 chapters are actually on eugenics itself, most being on evolutionary theory and issues.
