Near Fine. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. 268 pp. Author served in Vietnam with the 25th Infantry Division and received three Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star for valor. The soldier -to-soldier truth makes clear that those who watched the war on TV can make no claim to understand what happened in Vietnam. Here, 33 tours of duty are presented in rough chronological order from Dec. 1962 to April 1975. Spine has a crease, some light rubbing on top & bottom of spine and on some parts of outside edges, small 1/16" tear on front cover bottom edge. Spine is nice & tight. 11th printing..
