Pencil writing on flyleaf: "First appearance of this guide." Top corner tip of flyleaf torn off. Fold-out map inside front cover has a tear on one edge; contents clean, tight, unmarked: VERY GOOD MINUS condition. 142pp. [BE009]. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket.
