London: Hodder & Stoughton, 1934. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 4to. Blue cloth with gilt to spine. Illustrated throughout with black and white plates. Some rubbing to the cloth at the outer extremities of the boards. Faint foxing to the outer extremities of the pages; previous owner's inscription to the front endpage. Dustjacket is a bit worn at the head of the spine panel and upper edge of the rear panel.
