This is an exceptionally maintained Book published in 1904. It is a Biography of William II, the Emperor of Germany. The Author, Marguerite Cunliffe-Owens, remained anonymous and did not include her name anywhere on this Book as she had done with several of her other Books. This Book has 282 pages and 16 illustrations. This Book also includes a signature by Emperor William dated 1903 under his photo in the frontispiece.

Her Books were translated into English by several different translators and published as a set by A.L. Fowle, Publisher, of New York in 1905.
