London: W. Tweedie, 1862. viii, 216pp, original green ribbed cloth, title and author in gilt to spine, primrose endpapers. Slightly rubbed to extremities, corners bumped, small repair to head of spine. Lightly browned with sporadic light damp staining mainly to margins, previous owners name to front pastedown (George Henson - presumably related to the W. Henson in the list of subscribers). Leatherland was Secretary of Kettering Chartists for a short period. Uncommon. First Edition. Hardback. Good. 8vo.
