London,, United Kingdom: Macmillan, 1987. Trade paperback, 77 pages including maps; gently used ex-college library copy with laminated covers, spine label, rubber stamps to top and fore edges, labels and rubber stamps inside front cover and facing page, two additional rubber stamps in margins of two pages, but the greatest flaw is excessive underlinings in pencil on 32 pages (scandalous really for a library book), all other text and illustration pages very clean and unmarked.
