FAE, "1" on last text page. 19.5x13(cm).278pp. . Published same year in Britain by Collier. Ribbed, moire purple cloth. Gilt lettered spine, gilt skull on spine & upper board. Book's sole flaws are (1) 3/16" at spine top sunned & (2) 1/16" at spine heel bent in. ALSO, book stays tightly closed when stood on its spine. DJ bright as new but: (1) minor edgewear, (2) 2" split at front upper gutter, (3) dime size spot on upper spine. .
