Pamphlet. 54p., softbound, pamphlet in 8.5x5.5 inch plain printed wraps, staples rusted, cover rather dusty and toned, find a faint small dampstain at upper corner-tip, a sound copy clean and unmarked within. Murray is rightly described as a "public intellectual," also a classical scholar (ancient Greece) and as here a public servant. He was a founding and active member of the Oxford Committee for Famine Relief, which became Oxfam.
