Description:
Rho Delta Press, 1975. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Unpaginated, but about 100 pages. 11-1/4 by 8-3/4 inches. A nude pictorial essay with short poetic text depicting a take on the story of Adam, Eve and Lilith. A follow-up to the photographer's earlier book, A Time in Eden. First edition (first printing). Some edge wear; browning to pastedown endpapers from binder's glue, thus a very good copy in a dust jacket with some wear to spine head and a few short closed tears to the edges. *** Inscribed by the author: 'For Rod, Best wishes, Roy Dean.' Provenance: Acquired from the estate of the singer, songwriter, and poet Rod McKuen, who sold millions of books and albums in the 1960s and 1970s.
