    Wing (rev. ed.) C6365; ESTC R25355. Stapled, spine rebacked with paper, without wrappers. Lacking first two leaves, i.e., title-leaf and short biography of Cosin. Somewhat brittle: F. [3] chipped in outer margin, very shallow chipping elsewhere. Traces of rubber-stamp on the last page.
