Mid-South Press Shreveport, La.: Gun Engraving Review Publishing. This is an original second printing and so stated which came out after the first printing which was limited to 300 copies and is rare to find today. Has a previous owners mark on front blank endpaper and some normal ageing overall with no outstanding fault-features. It is in very good condition or perhaps a little better up to VG plus. The jacket is good but looks much better in the new protective mylar cover. Beautiful full-color plates at frontis and then goes through with many engravings in B/W and photos of the engravers who engraved them aloong with their original addresses. One of the hardest to find and most wanted gun books due to the beautiful engraving work presented. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall . VG. Faux Leather Hardback. Second Printing - Stated.. 1961.
