London: Muller, 1955 first UK edition, dust jacket is unclipped with light stress lines at joints and edges, rubbed tips, lightly rubbed and chipped spine ends with little or no loss, head of lower joint has some tape rust to reverse, front fold in flap has some tape along the vertical edge, and a little surface paper scar where some tape was removed, rear fold in flap has been neatly cut away leaving only a thin amount folded over the board edge, BOOK boards tidy, front paste down has a strip of tape residue and a number code A 220, fep removed and a little offset tape rust onto the half title, scattered foxing to closed fore edge, at the rear there is a free flyleaf, followed by the stub of the removed rear endpaper, some tape rust to rear paste down, a tidy copy of a SCARCE sci fi classic, the dust jacket looks more like VG than G, 222pp. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 12mo - over 6? - 7? tall.

Earthlight is one of Arthur C. Clarke's earlier works, dating back to 1955. It is an expansion to novel length of a short story that he had published four years earlier.
