New York: William Helburg, 1931. Complete collection of 20 folio (14½" X 20") heavy stock prints and folio (10" X 14½") leaflet with title page, list of plates and foreword. Very good overall. Occasional minor edgewear, but all images bright and handsome. Housed in original plain cardboard wraparound sleeve with modern paper labels. Nice first edition of the second in this series (First Series issued 1924), a delightful romp through architectural details on noted colonial-era residences in the cities of Essex, Lyme, North Branford, New Haven, Southington, Hamburg, Suffield, Litchfield, Bethany, Ansonia, Hamden, Guilford and Redding -- front entrances, cornice details, windows, panelling and mantels, arches, interior doors, corner cupboards, staircases. Fascinating and lovely -- ideal for framing.

New York: William Helburn Inc, 1924. 1st ed. Hardcover. Good. 25 plates on double pages. Old rebind in blue cloth. 36 cm. Backstrip has modest chipping at ends and appears to have been at least partially detached along both sides and reglued. Former owner's name stamp (an architect). Yellowed tape repair of a few short tears in margins on one leaf; contents otherwise sound and clean. No jacket.

New York: William Helburn, 1924. First Edition . Soft cover. Near Fine. Elephant Folio - over 15" - 23" tall. New York: William Helburn, 1924 & 1931. First Editions. Full sized loose prints in original Brentano's cardboard shipping 'portfolio' (actually a shipping box - see description below) circa 1931. Both sets, full-sized. These the are not the smaller books, nor the purported reproductions, but all of the original full-size prints from both sets. The First and Second series complete, consisting of 25 plates in the first (1924) and 20 plates in the second (1931), with title and index sheets for each. All 21" x 15", all in near fine to fine condition, with light foxing to the title page of Series One and Plate 20 of Series Two. Both sets were limited editions.
