Published for its members in The Book Club of California in 1991. This Keepsake edition consists of individual folders by Michael A. Lederer, and was been designed and printed at the Anchor & Acorn Press in Petaluma, California The set is comprised of the following: 1.: Introduction; 2.: The Bancroft Company; 3.: Redington & Company; 4.: Main & Winchester; 5.: Palmer & Rey; 6.: Wm. Hatteroth's Surgical House; 7.: J.J.
