Staples rusted slightly, very small grazed area at top edge of upper cover, small 'Best Wishes' sticker over price at lower corner of upper cover, a few rusty marks on lower cover, corners just slightly rubbed, 1 press-out playing card MISSING within (image 3), otherwise all model pages intact and complete. A rare survival as of course most of these were assembled and played with.
