This copy is heavily annotated in what seems to be an editor or copy editor's hand, or perhaps a higher- up who amended the printed instructions. The annotations are in red ink and also via typed strips loosely attached to the pages. The dress codes include myriad upon myriad of details, even specifying different heights of bear skin depending on the height of the fusiliers. Pages are clean and fresh, with very light tanning.
