Winnipeg, Manitoba: Stovel Company Limited, 1931. First printing. Hardcover. Walter J Phillips. pp. 63. Slim 8vo. Bound in tan paper over boards, and printed on rag paper. With 20 beautiful and vivid woodcuts by Phillips, plus the cover vignette. Front and rear joints just starting to split (binding remains sound and intact), piece missing from top of spine, notations to first pages in crayon and ink; internally nice. This is No. 564 of a limited edition of 968, signed by the author and artist.
