NY: P.F. Collier and Sons, 1902. The true first edition/first state with Frederick mis-spelled on the front panel. Bound in tan cloth (mottled)and illustrated boards with a Remington picture of a ranch hand on the front panel. Edges of book are scuffed, The introduction page is loose. All of the illustrations are present (including the two page color illustration, "Caught in the Circle". A reasonably priced book that could use a bit of restoration or just be appreciated for the glorious 77 illustrations. Introduction and verses by Owen Wister. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Good Only/No Jacket. Elephant Folio.
